Rebuilding a school for children in Sri Lanka.

The Tsunami had a devastating effect on the lives and livelihood of tens of thousands of people on the tiny island that was once called Serendib.

Reachout Now was fortunate to be able to assist in bringing some normality and stability to a number of school children in the North East of Sri Lanka, by rebuilding a school which was destroyed by the flood. We worked directly with local planners and builders to construct this building. The ongoing maintenance of this school is being funded by the local government.
